Karl Gottfried Fürstenau, 1734-1803.

Prussian Enlightenment philosopher, theologian and cameralist professor at the University of Rinteln (County of Schaumburg in Westphalia). 

Fürstenau wrote a 1778 tract in defense of Physiocracy, during an intra-German debate on the merits of the French school.  He commended its theory, but doubted the applicability of its policy conclusions.
