Nikolai Alekseevich Voznesensky, 1903-1950.
 

Soviet planner,  Chairman of USSR State Planning Commission after the purges of 1938, but was relatively inept.   Eventually purged in the 1940s.  Promoted idea that the law of value would not be invalidated in a Socialist economy.
